The President of CEOE International meets the ambassador of Tunisia to Spain and her team
During the meeting, which was also attended by the Consul Akram Elaatar, the Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA)of Tunisia, and Natalia Martín on behalf of CEOE International, the importance of business cooperation between the two countries and the expanding Spanish business presence in Tunisia was highlighted.

The sectors offering the greatest opportunities were also assessed, including renewable energies, agro-industry, water treatment and, in particular, the pharmaceutical industry and the automotive industry, specifically as regards electric vehicles. In addition, it was stressed that technological poles and ecosystems for innovation will be developed.
Thus, the holding of the 15th edition of the Tunisia Investment Forum, Tunisia’s leading economic forum, organised by FIPA Tunisia, focused on international investment and innovation, which will take place on 23 and 24 June in Tunis.
Reference was also made to the Tunisian employers’ organisation, UTICA, with which the CEOE works closely, and specifically regarding the MENA-OECD Business Advisory Council, which is co-chaired by both organisations and whose next meeting is scheduled to take place on 29-30 June in Istanbul.
Finally, new lines of collaboration were identified, including various initiatives, both bilaterally and towards the African continent.
