On 19 October, the President of CEOE International, Marta Blanco, held a meeting with Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Minister for Investment, Mr Badr I. Albadr, who was accompanied by several officials from his Ministry.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister for Investment reported on the transformation and diversification his country had undergone in recent years within the strategic framework of the “Vision 2030 Plan”, and he outlined the priorities of the Ministry for Investment, which seeks to promote Saudi Arabia as a destination for international investment, expanding investments and attracting new foreign investors to Saudi Arabia.
For her part, the president of CEOE International highlighted the importance of public-private cooperation and the importance of Saudi Arabia for Spanish companies, which in recent years have been increasing their investment and diversification in this country.
Finally, they agreed to work together to boost bilateral investment relations and to identify priority sectors and potential projects of shared interest.
