Background

It is worth noting the excellent relations with the Latin American country and the intense activity that CEOE has maintained with Argentina in recent years. This is shown through the numerous meetings held at the headquarters of the Business Organization, as well as those held with the Minister of Finance and Public Financing, Alfonso Prat-Gay; the Minister of Production, Francisco Cabrera; and the Spain-Argentina Meeting, held on the occasion of the visit of Mauricio Macri to our country in March 2017.  The latter was held at CEOE’s headquarters and attended by more than 800 businessmen from both countries. Likewise, it is also worth mentioning the business meeting attended by the temporary president of the Honourable Chamber of the Senate of the Congress of Argentina, Federico Pinedo and the Superintendent of Insurance, Juan Pazo.
