The Ambassador of Argentina to Spain, Ramón Puerta, analyses the reforms undertaken by his government

Within the framework of CEOE’s International Relations Commission

Today, at CEOE’s headquarters, the vice-president of CEOE and President of the Commission of International Relations, Joaquim Gay de Montellá, led a meeting of said Commission with the participation of the Ambassador of Argentina to Spain, Ramón Puerta. Mr Puerta explained the process of economic reforms that his government has undertaken. The Director of CEOE’s Cabinet of the President and of the International and Institutional Relations Department, Narciso Casado, and representatives from the sectoral and territorial organizations of the Confederation also participated in this extraordinary session of the Commission.

Gay De Montellà highlighted the close relationship that CEOE maintains with the Embassy of Argentina in Spain, which has enabled the development of numerous initiatives and business activities aimed at intensifying trade and bilateral investments. "This set of meetings has allowed Spanish entrepreneurs to better understand the process of economic reforms, which began in December 2016 with the appointment of Mauricio Macri as president of the Argentine government”.
