Implications of the functioning of the Justice system in the economy

Rafael Catalá: “The lack of legal certainty and the disrespect to living in harmony hamper growth”

During the presentation of “Conclusions on the Meeting on the Implications of the Functioning of the Justice system in the Economy”, a document published by CEOE and the General Council of Economists (CGE)

The Justice Minister, Rafael Catalá, said that "it would be advisable for Parliament to reach agreements to develop a framework that enables increased trust among investors". During the presentation of the document “Conclusions of the Meeting on Implications of the Functioning of Justice in the Economy”, published by CEOE and the General Council of Economists (CGE).  He also stated that it is necessary to continue "building our country" and that "the link between the fields of Economy and Justice is a robust tandem, since legal certainty fosters investments ".
