CEOE reviews upwards its economic growth forecast for 2017 and 2018

GDP could grow at around 3.2% in 2017 and 2.7% in 2018

CEOE reviews upwards, up to 3.2%, its growth forecasts for the Spanish economy in 2017, as a result of the increased dynamism in activity in the first part of the year.  The economy has performed better that forecasted a few months ago, as stated in the Report “Forecasts for the Spanish Economy”, prepared by the Research Services team that is part of CEOE’s Department of Economic and European Affairs. For 2018, the forecast has also been revised upward, to 2.7%. If these estimations are met, Spain will grow more than the average for the Eurozone.
