In response to trade unions UGT and CC OO

CEOE proposes a meeting of the AENC monitoring committee to assess the latest proposal

The presidents of CEOE and CEPYME, Juan Rosell and Antonio Garamendi, sent a written request to the heads of unions UGT and CC OO to schedule a meeting of AENC’s monitoring committee to contrast the latest negotiation proposals. The aim is for this committee to voice a more precise “final technical opinion” on these proposals –as explained in the written request-, which would then be taken to the presidents and heads of employers and unions in order to “reach definite conclusions”.

CEOE’s latest proposal, approved by its Board of Directors, was sent to the unions on April 5 and includes:

Always on a case-by-case basis and depending on each company and sector, taking into account certain variables such as results, sales, Ebitda, reduction of absenteeism, increase in productivity, achievement of certain objectives, and the company’s profits or loss position.

2. Binding proposals:

  • Absenteeism. Occupational mutual insurance companies. Common Contingencies and medical leaves related to orthopaedic medicine.
  • Vocational Training. Adapt the current model. Move towards a new one.
  • Ultra-activity. Agreement between the parties.
  • CONECO. National Council on Collective Bargaining
