The organization conveys its warmest congratulations.

The European Central Bank is a key institution to guarantee the stability of the euro and, in turn, the stability of the 19 countries that share this common currency and that make up the Eurozone, which includes Spain. The stabilizing function exercised during the crisis has been fundamental to instil confidence in the markets and is key in the current stage of economic recovery.
