In the opinion of the organizers, the goal of this type of meetings is "to bring the judicial and corporate worlds closer, enabling judges to have a better and deeper understanding of the reality and problems faced by companies, with the aim of helping them to carry out their challenging jobs with more and better elements for judgment."

As in previous years, the sessions were attended by numerous representatives of business organizations, companies and the judicial world, fostering "the exchange of opinions and points of view on the different subjects, addressed by qualified speakers who delivered their speeches from different perspectives - business or judicial – but, in any case, from a practical stance ".

The organizers pointed out that all issues related to protecting human resources and the prevention and compensation of damages occurred at the job constitute points of great interest and full relevance, as they relate to the associated management, control and liability implications derived from workers’ illnesses and accidents.
