Promociona is a project created by CEOE and the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, MSSSI, to promote women's access to top management positions. It is currently in its fifth edition and 27% of the almost 300 women registered in the four previous editions, have already been promoted in their companies.

In her speech, Ana Plaza stressed CEOE’s commitment to creating the right environment to promote women to high responsibility positions in companies and institutions. With this, an increase in the competitiveness of companies and in the generation of employment is achieved. She said that the project revolves around the idea of promoting talent and that, from one edition to the next, it is becoming increasingly important, noting that not only companies but also society in general is becoming more aware of this need. She also highlighted the interest with which the project has been received in Chile and at the Ibero-American Employers Council, CEIB.
