The present PRIVACY POLICY is an integral part of the Legal Notice of the Website www.ceoe.es.

In compliance with provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on Personal Data Protection, CEOE (THE SPANISH CONFEDERATION OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS), with address at calle Diego de León, 50 and Fiscal Id (CIF) number G-28496636 (hereinafter CEOE ) hereby notifies of the following:

Personal data provided by you through this Website, which is owned by CEOE, shall be incorporated into the filed owned by CEOE, duly registered in the General Register of Data Protection and, in particular, into the file “CONTACTOS" whose purpose is the maintenance of the user status, management of the WEBSITE’s users, management of the services offered through this SITE, management of queries it receives from users, delivery of useful or interesting information relating to articles, activities, news, events organized by CEOE and its partners, published in social media as well as sent periodically through postal and/or electronic mail by us for advertising purposes, to which you expressly consent.

If you provide us with any curricular data through the appropriate form, in the section established for this purpose on the SITE, we hereby inform you that your data will be processed in order to study your professional offering and manage the recruitment process. In this regard, if you wish to keep participating in our recruitment processes, we kindly ask you to keep your data duly updated.

In response to CEOE’s concerns about guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of your data, CEOE has adopted the security levels required for the protection thereof and installed the technical means available to CEOE to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of any personal data provided through www.ceoe.es
