CEOE and CEPYME’s proposal for the Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining (AENC) 2017

Juan Rosell and Antonio Garamendi gave a press conference to present the employers’ proposal for the Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining (AENC) 2017. The proposal includes a salary increase between 1.0% and 2.0%, plus a variable 0.5%, as indicated below:

1. Salary increase between 1.0% and 2.0% plus a variable 0.5%.

Always on a case-by-case basis and depending on each company and sector, in accordance with certain variables such as results, sales, EBITDA, reduction of absenteeism, increase in productivity, achievement of certain objectives, and whether the company is running at a profit or at a loss.

2. Binding proposals:

  • Absenteeism. Mutual insurance companies. Common Contingencies and medical leaves related to orthopaedic health issues.
  • Vocational Training. Adapt current model. Advance towards a new one.
  • Ultra-activity. Agreement between the parties.
  • CONECO. National Collective Bargaining Council.
